Once we receive your request for refunds on digital products or receive your physical product return in the mail, we will immediately initiate a refund to your original payment method and notify you on the status after processing. If you product you ordered is on a payment plan, future payments wil continue to be processed until you returned item is received and your refund can then be initiated within the one year period

For membership programs you belong to, no refunds are processed for the current active paid time period, however, upon receipt of your cancellation, all future payments will be stopped and access to the membership area will cease on the date of what would have been your next scheduled payment date.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Again, all shipping costs- both for receiving your product and returning it- are non-refundable.
