First, confirm your order was successfully placed and make sure you are logging into the MCS site under the email address used for your purchase and you are on the right dashboard (MCS Products Dashboard and not NWPA).

Provide your email address used for ordering, the name of the product you are having difficulty accessing, your browser used (Chrome, SAfari, etc) and means of accesing the site (mobile, PC, iPad, etc.). If you are able to provide a screenshot of any error messages, that would be very helpful!
