First, please confirm your order was successfully placed. You can do this by making sure you received a receipt via email (if you don't see it make sure to check your Spam folder and save us to your contacts for future purchases). Next, be sure you are logging into the MCS site under the email address used for your purchase. This is your username and will also be used to reset your password if you don't recall it or have not set up a password yet. Finally, make sure you are on the right dashboard (MCS Products Dashboard and not NWPA - see image below).

Let us know in as much detail as possible what problem you are experiencing in your support inquiry, so we can get to the bottom of the matter quickly. If you can, please provide these details: the email address used for ordering, the name of the product you are having difficulty accessing, the browser used (Chrome, Safari, etc), and means of accessing the site (mobile, PC, iPad, etc.). If you are able to provide a screenshot of any error messages, that would also be very helpful. Prompt access to your products is assured.
