Exchanging Products

We have an amazing refund policy that enables you to contact us for an exchange of any product you are unsatisfied with in lieu of a refund. While we have no problem refunding your account if you contact us within the timeframe specified, we much rather see you receive the training and education that you signed on for. Most likely there is another, more suitable product for you.

To take us up on our exchange offer, simply submit a support ticket labeled "Product Exchange" along with a description of what you were hoping to receive. We'll provide a few suggestions for you.
